1. Who we are. forECast is FORECAST S.A.S., a company incorporated in Quito, Ecuador. You can contact us at info@forecast.ec.
2. Data we collect. If you use the general contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your enquiry. The Decision Challenge and Worksheet forms also request the information shown in each form, including company. If you email us, we collect only the information you choose to share.
3. What we use your data for. Only to respond to your enquiry, assess the fit with our services and, if you ask for it, send you the Worksheet. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 4. Providers that process your data. When you submit a form, your message reaches our mailbox through an email delivery provider (Resend, with servers in the European Union), and the site is hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider. They process the data only to deliver your message to us; they do not use it for any other purpose.
5. Retention. We keep contact information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to info@forecast.ec.
7. Hosting. This site is hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider that may process standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
8. Analytics and preferences. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and resources are useful. Analytics storage starts denied. Before you accept, Google may receive limited technical signals without cookies for aggregated measurement; analytics storage is used only after you accept. We do not send names, email addresses, company details or form content to Analytics. You can accept, decline or change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
9. Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
