What can be done with available public or licensed sources and what would improve with your observations and records. Pilots can start without your data and incorporate it progressively.
We test it on a real decision
We define the scope, the horizon, the deliverables and the success criteria of the pilot in writing. First clients join on preferential terms.
We measure whether it creates value
Against your criteria and not against generic metrics. The evaluation is specific to your decision.
We integrate what works
If the pilot proves itself, we turn the workflow into tailored ongoing delivery. If it does not, we tell you with the same clarity.

Your operation and your data are treated confidentially. We do not publish cases, results or client names without evidence and explicit permission.

We work with public, licensed or customer-owned sources, always within their terms of use.

Decision-specific evaluation
Each pilot is evaluated against the success criteria agreed for your decision, not against generic averages.
What we do not do
- We do not issue official disaster alerts, closures, evacuations or public warnings: that is the exclusive responsibility of the Ecuadorian State (SGR/INAMHI). forECast provides private decision intelligence for businesses.
- We do not install sensors, stations or physical infrastructure: we work 100 % with software and data.
